Gregg Chapman is a Canberra-based registered psychologist, psychotherapist and relationship therapist with more than 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families improve their wellbeing and connection.

About your psychologist
I combine evidence-based methods with genuine warmth and practical insight to support lasting personal and relationship growth.
Throughout my career, I have worked as a child and adolescent psychologist, school psychologist, counsellor, rehabilitation provider, organisational psychologist, teacher, university lecturer, clinical manager and couples’ therapist. My diverse experience, along with a background in business ownership and management, has given me a grounded understanding of everyday pressures and how they influence relationships, work and mental health.

Therapeutic training and approach
My practice is informed by process-based therapy, an integrative and flexible framework that tailors treatment to each person’s needs. I am formally trained in a wide range of evidence-based therapies for individuals, including:

Client focus
I work with adolescents (13+), adults and couples, including same-sex couples. I don’t work with third-party referral cases such as NDIS, motor vehicle accident or workers compensation claims. If your needs fall outside my areas of practice, I can refer you to another trusted professional.
