Gregg Chapman Psychology

Helping individuals, couples and families find clarity, connection and compassion.

Who I am

Gregg Chapman is a Canberra-based psychologist who helps individuals, couples and families strengthen their relationships and wellbeing. For more than three decades, he has supported people to communicate more openly, rebuild trust and navigate the complex emotional patterns that shape family life.
His approach is compassionate, thoughtful and grounded in the belief that every person and relationship can grow through understanding and care. Gregg works with adolescents and adults to create emotional safety, deepen self-awareness and reconnect with what truly matters.
Drawing on experience as a relationship therapist, school and organisational psychologist, teacher, counsellor and lecturer, Gregg brings both warmth and practical insight to his work. He helps clients recognise their own strengths and wisdom, supporting them to build empathy, resilience and lasting connection.
