Relationship counselling
Gregg Chapman is a senior psychologist and relationship counsellor with extensive experience helping couples and families create stronger, more fulfilling connections. His work draws on the two leading evidence-based approaches in the field, the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, both proven to achieve lasting improvements in relationship satisfaction.
In counselling, Gregg helps partners recognise unhelpful patterns, rebuild emotional safety and communicate more effectively. Sessions are practical, collaborative and focused on insight and action. Couples learn to manage conflict respectfully, express needs clearly and rebuild trust and intimacy. Taking a calm, structured approach that gives clients the tools to strengthen their relationship both inside and outside the therapy room.
Clients can expect an in-depth process tailored to their unique relationship, guided by the latest research in attachment and emotional intelligence. Outcomes for these methods consistently show high success rates, with many couples reporting long-term gains in closeness and understanding.
Relationship counselling is not simply about resolving problems, it’s about investing in the health of your relationship and learning the skills to sustain connection and wellbeing over time. Gregg’s goal is to help you turn challenge into growth and build a relationship that feels safe, supportive and alive again.
